Refund Policy
Series purchases and Spa Packages are non-refundable. Gift certificate purchases may be refunded within 30 days of purchase provided you possess the original receipt. Skincare products may not be returned or refunded if opened or partially used. Skincare products can be returned within 10 days of purchase provided the product has not been opened and you present the original receipt.
Spa packages and Gift Certificates
Spa packages and series expire after 12 months. Gift certificates purchased for a cash value expire after 5 years.
