Ryan Christopher: Makeup Artist, Licensed Massage Therapist & Educator

Ryan has worked in Atlanta as an educator, massage therapist, and makeup artist since 2003. While teaching clinical sports massage for five years he developed a unique teaching style that allows him to connect with people of all ages trying to further their education. In his own practice Ryan works with clients recovering from surgical procedures and his makeup work has been seen in luxury magazines like Jezebel and the Atlantan. It is his well-rounded skill set and strong passion for esthetics and life learning that makes him a dynamic instructor in the industry.

Alethea Tinkle: Medical Esthetician, Permanent Cosmetics Educator

A licensed Esthetician, Alethea has continued in her Aesthetics training through medical conferences and laser trainings. She is Certified in Laser Vein & Hair Removal, Photo Facials, Eye Lash Extensions, and is a Certified Permanent Cosmetics Specialist. Alethea lives in Historic Norcross with her husband and is currently working on her AS for Pre-Med. As a medically focused Aesthetician and Permanent Makeup Artist she enjoys traveling to Atlanta, Athens, and Chattanooga to work for various medical spas and plastic surgeons. Alethea works for Cosmetic & Laser Specialists as a Clinical Aesthetician. She is also an educator for Nurses and Aestheticians pursuing their own medical skincare careers by offering laser, chemical peel, eyelash extension, and Permanent Cosmetics training. She enjoys health and wellness and horse back riding and, of course, helping to put her customer's Best Face Forward!

Dr. William Ramirez, MD: Medical Director, Advisor and Educator

Dr Ramirez expertise is anti-aging medicine and infectious diseases. He assists ESI with technical and clinical support.

Dr Ramirez received his medical degree at Facultad de Medicina/Universidad Automa de Nuevo Leon Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. Dr Ramirez completed his Internal Medicine Residency at St Francis Hospital/Loyola University Strich School of Medicine, Evanston Illinois. Dr Ramirez works closely with The Elaine Sterling Institute and oversees the educational programs.
