Basic Makeup Class $195
Part one of class will be theory. This class starts with a step-by-step demonstration of basic makeup application from start to finish, followed by a discussion of several different eye makeup techniques including natural, business, fashion, glamour eyes, and false eye lash application as well as discussion about corrective eye makeup. Part two of class Students will be given the opportunity to pair up and practice with each other. Students need to bring (or purchase from instructor in class) their own brushes for practice time. All other supplies for practice time will be provided by the Institute.
Makeup for Weddings $295
Part one of the class will be theory. This class includes tips on scheduling the bride’s trial run, accepting advance deposit & full payment, and basic business techniques for the makeup artist as well as advanced techniques for wedding makeup application. Part two of class Students will be given the opportunity to pair up and practice with each other. Students need to bring (or purchase from instructor in class) their own brushes for practice time. All other supplies for practice time will be provided by the Institute.
Prerequisite: Basic Makeup Class or prior knowledge in basic makeup application.
Makeup for Television $295
Part one of the class will be theory. This class focuses on the difference between makeup for High-Def vs. traditional film makeup; also includes a basic airbrushed foundation demonstration. Part two of class Students will be given the opportunity to pair up and practice with each other. Students need to bring (or purchase from instructor in class) their own brushes for practice time. All other supplies for practice time will be provided by the Institute.
Prerequisite: Basic Makeup Class or prior knowledge in basic makeup application.
Makeup for Fashion Photography $295
Part one of the class will be theory. This class focuses on advance techniques for several different fashion looks from a clean beauty look such as CHANEL to makeup for high fashion couture styling such as VOGUE. Part two of class Students will be given the opportunity to pair up and practice with each other. Students need to bring (or purchase from instructor in class) their own brushes for practice time. All other supplies for practice time will be provided by the Institute.
Prerequisite: Basic Makeup Class or knowledge in basic makeup application.
Marketing Basics for Freelance Makeup Artist $395
If you already have advanced knowledge of makeup application techniques and just want to learn how to market yourself in the Atlanta market then this is the class for you; class covers basics in marketing, developing your rate sheet, your business cards, brochure, building your professional portfolio, how to network and make contacts, etc…
Lash Extensions $395
Part one of the class will be theory. Learn about proper techniques as well as how to profit from the hottest new beauty secret sweeping the country; professional lash extensions!! Part two of class Students will be given the opportunity to pair up and practice with each other. All supplies for practice time will be provided by the Institute.
Threading $195
Holistic Nutrition $195
Discuss the Importance of food in human health and appearance. Discover how different dietary practices create skin disorders. Gain basic knowledge of the oriental diagnosis of the skin, hair and nails in the relationship with food. Learn how with proper nutrition create radiant skin and harmony.
Essentials Of Aromatherapy $195
Learn history and therapeutic and safe usage of essential oils. Learn how using aromatherapy may benefit you and your family or existing holistic and skin care practices. Learn how and where to purchase pure and unadulterated essential oils as well as necessary equipment for blending and using essential oils. Students will gain comprehensive knowledge of the therapeutic and energetic characteristics of at least thirty essential oils. Students will learn how to evaluate which essential oils would be appropriate to use and how to use them best (case studies, self-testing).
Students will practice creation of a variety essential oil blends, aromatic bath salts and therapeutic lotions for personal and professional use. Students will be able to take home all products made during classes free of charge.
Makeup Artist Mentorship Program: $695 One day class. One on One instruction
This is a ONE-on-ONE mentorship program which is custom tailored to that student's specific areas of interest spending more time on the topics the student feels the most need for and just touching on the other topics.
